Land acquisition

Design & Planning
We are experts in working within the UK’s complex and ever-evolving planning system.
With our comprehensive understanding, we are experienced in the planning process across a range of developments, including individual plots, large-scale projects involving change of use, conservation and greenbelt locations.
In conjunction with Scott Hobbs Planning, we work collaboratively to obtain the support of regeneration officers and local councillors, putting local environmental and construction objectives at the forefront of all planning applications.
Local concerns are embraced and entirely reflected within each of our applications. Our ability to obtain planning consent enables us to realise the vision we had when first assessing the land’s opportunity.
We truly aim to build something that end users can be proud to call their buildings. In collaboration with selected architects, we manage the design from strategic definition through to the buildings being used for their intended purposes.
Each development is entirely unique, with a real focus on producing innovative and stylish building designs. The end user remains at the forefront of our design process – we design homes that prioritise the homeowner and buildings that have operators in mind to ensure that each building encapsulates the practicalities of modern living and efficient buildings for operators.
